Human Biomechanics Alignment Skills

Observe the unconscious habit patterns in your body -- the ways you sit, stand, and walk. Then practice moving into neutral alignment often.

These alignment video lessons will support you in achieving and maintaining healthier movement patterns, balanced ranges of motion and stability.

Each video focuses on teaching you alignment in one area of your body, and every lesson is equally important and only one piece of the whole story. All the parts of your body work together!

Please read & watch the video!

Welcome to Cues for You!

The walls of a home will start to have issues without a stable foundation. That's why it's important to practice the alignment skills in order. Start from your feet , your foundation, and build up...always minding what is below the area you are working on.

But remember! We all have different histories with our bodies. Sometimes your body will ask you to practice one skill for longer before moving on and sometimes your body will ask you to slow down with certain skills. The goal is to create balanced muscle patterns while having fun and feeling good!

Small movements that make a big difference.
